Whole Soul is a brand built around a strong willed psychologist and her vision for a line of products surrounding spirituality and wholeness. Originally brought into the project after a website was ready to launch, our strategy quickly shifted into a full on Facebook campaign, building the entire brand around a fan page with community management becoming increasingly important.
Think Social helped to develop a year long advertising strategy that boosted the Facebook Page's "Likes" to over 125,000.
Our work with Whole Soul continued as we built a Facebook Application, acting as a welcome page to the site while telling the brands story.
It was important to reflect the brands strategy goals on their website. Instead of an expansive site, we chose to work around a landing page that would act as both a portal and a way to send people to the Facebook Page.
Pepe's Pizza had a unique opportunity. A widely successful and beloved brand in Connecticut, the name had very little in the way of an online presence. Seven Facebook Pages and a pair of Twitter accounts later, Pepe's Pizza is now synonymous with both great pizza and awesome social media.
With nearly 100 years of experience in the pizza business, Frank Pepe's Pizzeria turned to Think Social to help get their digital marketing strategy together.
With locations all over Connecticut and in New York, it was important for customers to be able to not only Check In, via FourSquare, but also on Facebook.
Being a part of a friendly community has always been a part of the Frank Pepe's philosophy so it was important to capture this warmth on Facebook.
Premier Concerts was a brand that had a huge amount of support from the community, but was having trouble reaching a younger demographic. With our help, they have turned their online presence around, creating an interactive Facebook environment, complete with artist interviews, live concert updates and fun contests.
With a constantly changing concert lineup, we use the Premier Concerts Cover Photo as a Facebook sized billboard for upcoming events. In addition, we rotate in contests that are relevant to the featured acts.
Working with Premier Concerts we made the decision to make video an important part of our strategy. Interviewing artists and producing high quality videos before and after concerts has added to fans experience.
Eye Designs of Westchester was in need a huge face lift. With a website that was almost a decade old, it was time for some fresh young looking lines and a focus on customer interaction. With this in mind, we took a cue from the original design, creating a landing page that serves to show off some of the latest styles, while giving visitors plenty of information (towards the bottom). The site has been a huge success and was built on a platform that will allow employees of the store to update things quickly and easy.
The Truth About Music was a transition project for Think Social. Originally located on a template blog platform, Think Social moved the site into a brand new home, handling the entire process. Once it was up and running, we handled the promotion of the site through Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.
Through content creation, Think Social grew a large following for Truth About Music. This following is now managed exclusively by Think Social.
YouTube views can lead to hits on a website or to revenue and we were successful on both of those ends. We have now driven over 260,000 video views to their channel.
Think Social created a new site for the owner's content and moved their data from the old to the new. The new design was a simple yet extensible system for their future content.
For ASCAP, we delivered a unique solution. While their audience was already in place, we helped them in content creation surrounding a 1,000+ attendee event in Los Angeles. We were put in charge of creating over 300 Tweets, many written in advance, while answering live questions and relaying information about the event through a variety of social media channels.
